May 16, 2009so i’m pretty sure it took me 4 months to realize that eating clean was going to really make a huge difference in my training. in only 2 weeks of really being consistent on healthy eating practices i lost .5 inches on my waist and i swear i look 10 x’s bigger as far as muscle definition! maybe not, but i’m liking the effects of truly being healthy and not sneaking a lindt white chocolate truffle!
