Goals
I’ve ben rethinking my goals lately and I am thinking that It may be a better idea for me to try to overshoot my goal weight (170 instead of 160) and then try cutting until I am satisfied with my bodyfat percentage. I don’t think I have EVER been over 11% before so it may be a new experience for me to be carrying extra fat around. On the other hand, I may not gain much fat at all since I’ve never been the kind of person that gains fat easily. Only time will tell how it goes but as long as I am seeing results like I have been lately, I won’t be easily discouraged.

do it man it aint that bad im at 12%…you just wont have the abs to sucker the girls in…but i can help you with that…i think you at 170 with 12% would still be enormous
