First Post!
Hey this is my first blog! Here is what is going on in my training life atm. Im currently training seperate body parts about 4-5 days a week with random cardio throughout. I do Chest, Arms, Back, Legs, Shoulders, and after I do each bodypart depending on my energy level I do a weak body part, or something I just want to increase size on…Bicep peak exercises only for example. At the moment im playing indoor soccer once a week so its kind of ruining my leg workouts because I dont want to be limping around at soccer lol. After my leg workouts walking is difficult from day 2-4 after the leg day lol. Day one is just utter exaustion. Now im debating on whether or not to join an MMA class two days a week..which would throw yet another log on the confusion fire lol.
