Hello all, I am a 21 year college student who will be in the US ARMY in 2 years. Hoping to go Ranger and SF. I need a slim and muscular body by that time. I go to the gym 4 days a week, 1 1/2 workout sessions. I do a lot of ab workouts, and i would say i am in ok shape. I just have too much body fat (20%). Trying to get in between 10%-12% come May 2010. Any diet, food eating tips? Meal plans, anything!
