Week one in preparation for Pittsburgh!
Well training and diet plus let us not forget cardio started this week,,, hoooo ray ,,,, LOL ,, I absolutly love LA Fitness ,,, the gym has great equipment, great atmosphere not to mention that they are very flexible with me working as a Personal Trainer there. I am excited to get under way for Pittsburgh (hey maybe I will meet Ben Rothleisburger - yummy), yes I am a Steelers fan, Hubby hates it as he is a Browns fan ,,, oh well there are winners and losers,, We updated my website at www.nicolejoiner.com
I will be doing a photo shoot at LA Fitness some time in June so will keep all up to date ,,, I am at about 155 # right now and we are 18 weeks out so for this contest we are really monitoring every thing. This is a pro qualifier and I am not kidding my self about what the competition will be. I am busting my ass and training with more weight than I ever have ,,, Doing a lot of basic lifts coupled with machines ,,, we owned a very small gym and had no where near the equipment LA Fitness has ,,, doing 4 days a week right now of 1 hour cardio plus I do 20 minutes before I work out which is a 5 day routine,,,
Trust me I am feeling it ,,, well that is it for now ,,, just getting adjusted to life here near Houston ,,,I really do like it here ,, Take care and train hard
