Back to Figure!
Well after quite a few discussions with my husband and friends I have decided to stay with figure. I am going to begin contest prep Monday the 9th of March for the Masters held in Pittsburgh, July 17 -18th. I let myself bulk up a bit in my down time as I wanted to add at least 4 - 6 pounds of new muscle for this contest. We are going to train heavy all the way up to the final days before the contest. The great thing about last year is we kept really good notes which will allow us to really hit the mark for this show.
I am also planning to do the Team Universe in September in NY, NY. There are quite a few changes going on in our lives all for the better which I will share at a later time. I wanted to once again than all of you that continue to send me kind words of encouragement and to those of you that say I have inspired you, it is you that inspires me. So often when I am out and about women constantly will say "what do I have to do to look like you?" It never ceases to amaze me that when I tell them what you have to do they say well I can’t do that, then why did you ask?
That is what is different here, the women here truly want to change themselves and when they ask how to do it and you tell them they follow it. The clients that I am training are the same way, and it motivates me when they come in and tell me, "You will not believe the clothes that I am fitting into", or when they tell me "My husband can not believe the changes in me." To hear women tell me that just motivates me to work harder and continue to pursue my dream of one day being on the Olympia Stage!
