I just wanted to take a minute to say a big thank you to everyone so far who has taken the time to look at my bodyspace pics and site. I wish I had more time to write back to each and everyone of you that have taken the time to write to me and comment…So far the comments I have received have been over whelming…I was truly not expecting that kind of response…but it’s nice to know that there are a few of you out there who know how to really appreciate what a woman should and can look like…but not everyone shares that opinion:) as I found out today in an email I received earlier this week…I tend to take things a little personal sometimes, I guess…FYI…I can be just as opinionated:).My hard work is paying off, it has been a struggle, to say the least…Slowly but surely, it is all starting to come together…I appreciate the feedback that I have gotten so far…and look forward to doing more in the next few months…

The journey to the Branch Warren Classic is getting shorter each and everyday.  Bodyfat is continuing to go down and with the diet change vascularity and striations are appearing.  My posing is getting better and better and knowing what not to do is just as important as what to do.  I am hoping to take some pictures today of my progress and post them up here.  Most likely will take them when I am posing… I will have to get dressed for that as Hubby and I do that in the nude,,hee hee,,, not to be dirty really just so we can see how everypart of me looks in a pose and how to hit the muscle the right way.  I have stayed pretty strong so far and am continuing to train heavy.  More than likely we will take some videos this week as well for www.nicolejoiner.com    I have a new sponsor "Team Mafia Muscle" and their clothing line will be available on my site.  They make apparell for guys and ladies.  To all those who take time to PM me and send well wished thank you and hopefully July 12th it will all pay off with a top placing.
