I have essentially done 4 miles a day cardio everyday this week. And I definitely notice the change. I am eating well. I cheated once this week, but that was about it! I dont know about the scale, its very fluctuative, but I do see major changes in the abdomen firmness. Definitely doing my weights other day too.
Today I did shoulders and Lunges and 4 miles cardio inthe morning. I ll do 2 more miles before I go to sleep!!!
I am keeping my fingers crossed for getting into SGU SChool of medicine. I ll need the 10 lbs lost before february for sure, and I KNOW that I can do it! No more cheats at all! I am also debating on lowering the salt intake. It adds to the extra bloat and is discouraging.
just a reminder to myself again
1. clean eatery
2. 1 gallon water
3. 4 miles cardio and a little resistance training in morning
4. 2 miles before going to bed.
5. no carbs 6 hrs before going to bed!!!
6. keeping a track of my calories on fitday.
theres a huge party tonite, but I deny to go because I would rather not add alcohol and other shit in my diet right now when I m seriously trying to get rid of the most subborn fat that has never left my body
