yay for cardio on empty stomach lol…although I m doing ellipticals, I am surely losing the fat..about a finger pinch worth of it atleast. THerefore I m gonan stick with it..
Did lots and lots of lunges today. Very little Biceps and triceps. downloaded a bunch of music! so happy coz i can never workout with old music I get bored outta my mind..lol.
goooooooooood diet today….except for one thing that was sweet…yikes gotta hate sweet tooth…..oh welll..llol.

I have essentially done 4 miles a day cardio everyday this week. And I definitely notice the change. I am eating well. I cheated once this week, but that was about it! I dont know about the scale, its very fluctuative, but I do see major changes in the abdomen firmness. Definitely doing my weights other day too.
Today I did shoulders and Lunges and 4 miles cardio inthe morning. I ll do 2 more miles before I go to sleep!!!
I am keeping my fingers crossed for getting into SGU SChool of medicine. I ll need the 10 lbs lost before february for sure, and I KNOW that I can do it! No more cheats at all! I am also debating on lowering the salt intake. It adds to the extra bloat and is discouraging.
just a reminder to myself again
1. clean eatery
2. 1 gallon water
3. 4 miles cardio and a little resistance training in morning
4. 2 miles before going to bed.
5. no carbs 6 hrs before going to bed!!!
6. keeping a track of my calories on fitday.
theres a huge party tonite, but I deny to go because I would rather not add alcohol and other shit in my diet right now when I m seriously trying to get rid of the most subborn fat that has never left my body

I need a new camera so that I can take progress pics. I feel so disgusted with my arms right now ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. I need to lose atleast 10 lbs by the end of ths month and I know Al the things i l have to sacrifice on
1. no eating sugar loaded cereal bars
2. sucking it up and drinking my whey protein even though it tastes gross
3. sucking it up and drinking atleast 1 gallon of water a day.
4. run atleast 4 miles a day.
monday= 120 carb, 240 protein
tuesday = 95 carb, 240 Pro
wednesday= 70 carb, 240 pro
thurs= 45 carb, 240 pro
fri= 20 carb, 240 pro
this shud help me lose atleast 2 llbs every week.
Today I did a full body w/o and 2 miles so far. 2 more miles at night. I ve drunk only 0.5 gallon of wter so far. its only 7!

I am on BC pills again and they retain a lot of water, it sucks really bad. I am thinking of discontinuing them because they are not helping my acne anyways.
so I ran/jogged 4 miles this m orning and my diet was ok, not perfect. I ll try to count u p my calories tommorow. My water consumption was far away from perfect. i am so happy i get to sleep in tmmorow

and now back on track. I have done this so many times before. I am just sick of it. I am 120 rite now. I want to be 110 by the end of this month. I plan to achivve this by cardio, lifting and food diet. My diet is the main hindrance, because I alaways lose track of it. I am thinking of going strictly protein and complex carbs diet for a week. I am planning on carb cycling.
I will be doing full body workouts every alternate days.

30 min cardio in morn
legs in the evening and some stretching
cheat food today: pita chips? I dont know if this is cheat food…oh well..
I ran outta my whey protein…….oops..will see less bloat in the next few days..
btw I do observe fat loss around my arms and tummy. I just have to keep at this, because I know that results show a few days after work and I should stop being impatient.
