50 Day Program: Day 1
Friday, June 1st, 2007I went out for my usual 30 minute bike ride this morning. I alternated between riding as fast as possible, and something more manageable. When I got home I figured it was a good time to start the RossTraining 50 Day Program. So here we go:
30lb one arm dumbbell snatches
30lb one arm swings
15 burpees
30lb one arm dumbbell snatches
30lb one arm swings
12 burpees
30lb one arm dumbbell snatches
30lb one arm swings
3(lol) burpees
30lb one arm dumbbell snatches
30lb one arm swings
5 burpees
30lb one arm dumbbell snatches
30lb one arm swings
15 burpees
All in all I did 50 reps of each. The workout was brief, but wicked intense. It’s supposed to ‘work wonders’ for my work rate and explosive endurance (MA related). Here’s hoping.
