Feeling like crap been off supplement for 3 week and can tell in my performance at the gym. All my lifts are down not being able to complete my routine 100%. 1 more week and back to the supps.

Having a rough week, Missed Mondays work out because we had to go to the hospital ( due to the wife having contractions and only being 19 weeks pregnant). Sat in the emergency room for 6 F***king hours. They wouldn’t send us to pediatrics because she was not 20 weeks which mean the baby is not viably. In other words they can’t save the baby if she goes into labor. Don’t ask me what 1 f**king week makes . But I am no doctor so anyways I had to sit in the emergency room And deal with the typical B.S.. If there are any ER nurse’s of doctors out there my hats off to you. Because my wife had to keep me from knocking people out . Crack heads coughing all over little kids some dumb ass 20 year old girl stupid enough to ask me wife if she had a still born or what? Are people just f**cking Idiots?
Luckily She is alright and I didn’t have to go to jail. Got a nice work out in Tuesday night just had to do a weeks work out in one night. Because I have my brother b-day dinner wed night and leave for new Mexico Thursday morning hopefully the hotel has some kind of shitty universal machine so that I can get some kind of pump!

Had a good work out yesterday. Thought it would be a little less crowded being memorial day and all . worked chest and triceps . Feeling it in my chest but triceps need a little more punishment.
