Grad weekend

Well I put on about four pounds over graduation weekend with my mom in town from Phoenix and all that comfort food; enchiladas, spaghetti, and steak neil.  Been back on track for two days now and feeling better. This week needs to be serious for me to get back on track and making progress.

Shoulder shredder

Managed 65 lb dumbells for shoulder press sets of 8 today. That’s a new personal record. It’s great to have this Body Space where I can track my performance and be inspired at the same time. Kudos bodybuilding.com.

Purdue Co-Rec

Found out yesterday that I only have to pay 20 dollars to continue going to the Purdue Co-Rec over the summer. Awesome. I was afraid I’d have to scrape some change together and pay a crappy gym by the month.
