From the top to the bottom
Hey guys it’s been a while since I have posted any progress here I totally forgot about this community and going to the gym. At fist due to and almost broken ankle thus having to spend quite a while inactive(doctor’s orders jeje
) and then ’cause of my friends going out so much and partying, plus the school.
Well those are my excuses. But now I have been going to the gym for a week now, I weighted myself and I am 76 kilos(167 pounds) and tough I lost most of my forza:P strenght jeje!!! I didn’t loose much of my muscle mass I think(hopefully).
Bottom line I need to work damn hard and eat so so good to get my body back to where it was. So guys I totally gonna need all ur support and good vibes jeje:P!!
Well I sign off I’ll keep u posted of my progress and stuff:P
