					<description>Serge.....you state that you only eat once a day in the evening and this is very similar to Ori Hofmekler's book &amp;amp;#34;The Warrior Diet&amp;amp;#34; and what he recomends. He says it is much healthier to fast during the day to purge oneself of toxins and eat only at nite. If you have not already read this book you may want give it a look.....
   Also did you ever give high frequency training a try?  That is training a body part anywhere from 3 to up to 5 times a week using lite weights and just going for the pump?</description>
