SHIPPED OFF TO LACKLAND, AFB!

So today is the BIG day that I’ve been waiting for since Feruary! Going to basic training for the Air Force! (I’m a reservist though) Im currently sitting at the gate at the airport right now just waiting for my flight to take off at 0915.

I feel anxious, nervous, totally stoked, and relieved(cuz of my paycheck!)

cuz of my schooling I will be going into bmt as an E3-Airman First Class! Which I think is pretty cool, especially when it comes to my paychecks!

So as PT is concerned, i’m pretty stoked that I’m active in that way, I workout 6days a week, and I’ve been running about 5days a week. This was the first time in idk how long where I took 2days off! I’m also glad that I’m so into working out, cuz I’m definetly gunna use the training there for my benefit!

Thank u to those who’ve shown me support, and ur good luck’s
I won’t be able to be on here for 8 1/2 weeks! So show some love while I’m gone! Lol ;)

DIETING ‘EFFIN SUCKS!

i am so SICK of dieting! i wunna be able to eat what i want, when i want, and how much i want..but it makes me upset cause i know i can’t do that, or else ill be fat and gross, and i wont be lean and strong.

 i’ve dieted for so long and consistantly exercised, but i havn’t reached my goal weight of 120! i dont get it! im starting to think that maybe my body isn’t made me to be 120 anymore?? idk…i mean, ill admit, i have fallen off the "diet wagon" here and there, but for the most part, i feel like its been pretty good. i was eating clean 5-6 portioned size meals for a while, but then i still wasnt seeign results, i mean, i saw results in my body, but i wasn’t losing any weight, and so then i tried eating three small meals a day, which i WAS then losing weight, but of course that was hard to keep up because i was always hungry

so for the past month i’ve been running consistently 4-5x’s a week 7-8miles, i’ve only lost 5lbs…i dont get it, i’ve even used my protein powder as a meal supplement as well as a drink for after a workout..

i guess im just starting to get discrouraged really annoyed and fed up because i know a lot of it is in the mind, its so hard to overcome, i guess i just need some encouragment and tips/ideas

 okay i’m done bitching…haha

Okay, so lately I’ve been gradually getting mote and more discouraged..I just don’t get WHY I’m not losing any weight, I’ve actually went backto my original weight. I DO see changes in my body as for muscle, but I havnt gone down a pant size or anything, I’ve been eating very clean and have been working out and even started taking different fitness classes to change it up consistently…I started taking "Lipolyze" but I’m not seeing any results. I’ve gotten discouraged enough to where if I wunna pastry at my job at sbux, then I’ll eat it, dieting us hard enough and sucks as it is…but it sucks even more when ur not seeing results…

okay so recenlty ive been having a hard time resisting crap foods, you know, foods that arn’t CLEAN! i mean, usually when im at home and im by myself and all doing my daily thing and whatnot, im pretty good at sticking with my meal plan, HOWEVER, when at work! omg! its a freakin war! and its even HARDER if i’m working an 8hour shift opposed to a 4hour shift-but the god-damn PASTRIES!! ill admit, they are ****in good! i hella like’em! the apple fritter! glazed doughnut! cherry pie! raspberry muffin! coffee cakes! lemon loaf! they are all SOO damn good, and they are all in the 320-460+ calories! and its with certain people that i work with more than others that are constantly "sampling" them!! and it makes it SOO hard to not resist it! yes i understand that maybe having 1 a week wont kill me, but i wunna try and stay away from it as much as possible! and usually once i hava bite, ill keep eating it, and eating it…and then when my shift is over and im on my way home, i feel TERRIBLE! it sucks..

so i wunna know, what are some of your tips/advice that you use to resist "dirty" foods!

okay, so like about 2 1/2 weeks ago i weighed myself and saw that i gained 5lbs back!!! i FREAKED out! and i have no idea how!?

i do cardio for like an hour 6days a week, lift, do various calisthenics, and diet pretty well..
my diet consist of: chicken and turkey breast, vegetables, fruit, oatmeal, egg whites, salmon, and protein shakes. i only drink water, water with crystal light, and unsweetend green tea, and i have like one cheat meal a week, but it wont even be a meal, it’ll be just like one pastry from my work(Starbucks), and im also taking a multi-vitamin and Lipo6, like honestly, with all the work i do, im suprised im STILL not at my goal of 120lbs!?

what the hell is wrong!? just this past last week i started to eliminate carbs, and only have carbs in the morning[oatmeal] and then like fruit, and i dont eat late in the evening…

i dont get it!? its really frustrating, i feel like with all the stuff i’ve been doing, i should be a size 0! [lol, not for reals! just showing you how much/hard i workout!] am i over doing it? or something about my diet needs to change?

well the protein shakes i buy are RTD [ABB extreme Pure Pro] idk if that has anything to do with it? its just really frustrating, and even more frustrating cause i’ve GAINED 5lbs back!!

any suggestions? opinions to what COULD Be going on!?

these are just questions that i have that i’ve been wondering or just thinking about recently, i dont really know the answers to these, or whats really best concerning these? i just wunna hear other people’s thoughts and opinions on how they feel about these….

1. All those protein bars you see at the grocery store?? (i.e muscle milk,balance,luna,larabar,cliff, etc.)

2. Doing cardio in the morning on an empty stomach? is that REALLY a good idea??

3. Making your own protein shake versus RTD ones?

4. Doing cardio for 30minutes-1hour 6 days a week? too much???

I WANT CUT ABS! HELP!

okay, soo latley i’ve been becoming obsessed with abs, i’ve been looking ALL over this website for new exercises that I can do to help me to lose fat in this area and for them to come out!

when i flex i can see my upper abs come in..but thats about it! idk if i just need to be patient or if there’s something that i’m doing wrong, or something i NEED to be doing?

i do cardio regularly, and eat pretty clean: oatmeal, egg whites,chicken breast, turkey, tuna, salmon, lean red meat/pork once a week, fruit, veggies, rice, protein shake after i work out, and i only drink either unsweetened green tea or water. and once a week, since i work at SBux, the pastries get pretty tempting! so once i week i’ll eat one or 2 of the pastries (they are always 400-something calories!) but its okay though right? im also taking "Lipo-6" and a mulitvitamin: D, Calcium, Magnesium & Zinc.

any tips or advice!? is there any supplements that i can add on to help me? i was thinking of "Lipolyze" or what about adding on fish or flax oil??

Whats the deal with Coconuts-Saturated Fats???

okay, so the thing is that i LOVE coconut! ahaha i enjoy coconut fruit bars [all natrual, organic of course] i drink coconut milk and coconut water. i know for coconut is famous for them being high in saturated fat.

i did research and i get mixed stuff- either its bad for you, or a long time ago it USE to be thought as bad, but its actually GOOD for you!????….i dont get it

i just wunna know cause if i’m suppose to avoid saturated fats, then i need to cut down my intake on these coconut fruit bars and milk!

whats going on????!

i dont get it, i’ve been working out for over a month 6 days a week, only splurging once a week, i’ve been going off and on weight loss pills such as "rapid slim" "hydroxycut" but i noticed once i stopped, i stopped losing weight, i tried doing it the "natural" way, but its taking FOREVER!! i’ve definetly changed how I eat, i look at nutrition labels, im obsessed with WHole FOods (however, i DO understand that you can eat unhealthy at WHole FOods too!)

i’m starting to drink things like ABB PurePro Protein shakes which i LOVE! and im also drinking alternatives to milk, such as vanilla soy milk, oat milk, and even coconut milk.
i’m thinking of buying a big thing of coconut water to drink while working out since its known for having SO much potassium…but what about just plain water???

i’ve only lost 5lbs, and it just fluctuates!!
