My Protein Shake

I’ve been drinking these protein shakes everyday, and something in them just give me soo much energy.

1 scoop ON WHEY vanilla (I’m using the serious mass product)
1/2 cup acai juice
1 cup milk or juice (i’ve been using the v8 splash)
1/2 quaker oats
1 cup frozen fruit blend
1 whole banana
1 cup yogurt
add ice for more frost!

blend well…it is pretty dense and a lot of ingredients. If i’m using chocolate powder you can also add maybe like 1/3 cup peanut butter or less.

So yea, I have 3 jobs.. wtf… my body and health is suffering. It sucks. I’ve lost weight and I know i’m not getting my vitamins. i’ve been eating shitty. I’m just ranting at hating life right now!

I’ve still been trying to gain. Ive been hitting the gym hard and trying to eat a lot. I already knew this but eating is expensive! Bulking is expensive. Ive also included surfing into my workouts.

How are other people’s bulking challenge going?

Arm Workout from M&F

Today was my bi and tri workout day. I decided to try a routine from Muscle and Fitness. After my workout I feel pumped and fatigued! I suggest you give it a try your next bi and tri workout!

Triceps:
Close-Grip Bench Press 3 sets, 4 reps
Tricep dip 3 set, 8 reps
Skullcrushers 3×12
Incline Dumbell Kickback 3×16

Bicep:
Standing barbell curl 3×4
Incline dumbbell curl 3×8
Concentration curl 3×12
Preacher curl 3×16

Hard Gainers. Lean going Mean

Anyone else a hard gainer? Anyone else underweight, need more muscle, want to bulk up yet stay cut?

I’d like to meet other people in the same situation of trying to bulk up and stay cut. If you are in the same situation as me, comment or add me as a friend and lets keep in touch and track eachothers progress. It would be nice to share tips and such and get a good network going.
