Hello folks and greatings.

Recently I receved a comment on my page that I thought I would reply to in detail .

The person mentioned on the title of this page ranted at me with a few interesting acusations. I was called a "Fat ass" who suposidly go’s on and on about things I know nothing about "As if you know everything about bodybuilding" (Paraphraised with more polite language) . I suposidly "Aint nothing!!" The person was extremly excited in his capatalization and presentation. I first deleated it from my site without replying to him but I thought I would reply after ferther thought.

1) The "Fat ass" comment.

 I am carying more lard then I would like and do not have a problem with it being mentioned..truth is truth. I am not shore why this is suposed to bug me?

2) I present myself as a know it all.

If I have done this then I did not mean to. As fare as I can tell the point of this place is to share as mutch info and sugestions as possible on the premis that thare are so many bodytypes, alergies, proportions of of muscle fiber per person, tastes in food, vareables in age and injury etc. that any info adds to knowlege and ideas. That is the point of this place..right? If I am off in left feald then I am. I just add what I have tried and herd about. People can , and do, do with it as they wish.

3)"You aint nothing"

What am I supposed to be, other than a person who wants to be in the best shap for what I do?

4) I would just like to mention that this createn had no site here of his owne and posted this as a "Guest". If you have nothing up to put your owne person into the ring than it is a little hard to take you at all seriously.

5) You are not a bodybuilder.

Never realy clamed to be one thare tex! I ame more interested in strength and being good at the activityes I participate in then how I look. Not that I would mind cuts..but not at the expence of affectiveness. 

If anyone out thare thinks I have sounded off inapropriatly then I apologise. Have a good day all and take care.

Just thought I was haveing a good day . I had gotten enough sleep, had a good energy drink and was a little hyped and had not maxed out in a while so I thought "Go for it" Slight problem of different spotters than last time and lousey music with no agression.

Warmups for bench went well and all but started haveing problems at about 360 benchpress and could barly get 380. I have done 450 in the past..what is up with this? I have been doing lockouts for monthes with 450 for around 4 reps.

I did manage to bring my squat up a little which is cool because this time last year I could not squat at all ant i got a farly good (Not compotition perfect) 345! Anyone have any ideas on what the heck to do?

Eastern Unbelts were not Victorious on the field of pennsic war this season..and for that I bare the blame as mutch as anyone. Now fall crown turney is comeing up and I have the opertunity to redeam myself to some extent by makeing a decent showing…or takeing the whole darned thing if I can somehow pull it off and god is smileing on me!!

 I gained 5lbs over the war and will need to drop that as well as probibly about another 10 without loseing strength while increasing my reaction speed, footwork and shot acuracy. All of this while looking for a new job and trying to have actual sparing partners who actualy show up and do what they say they are going to do. Any Ideas from anyone who sca fights or does a turnament based MA would be apreciated. Thank you all.

Well, today was not the best day ever but was not tarrible eather. Today I want for heavy singles in benchpress to see whare I was now and how to plan for whan I come back from vacation. I was originaly not going to do it today but I had actualy gotten a good nights sleep and was feling hyper after downing a NOS and had a good spotter in the gym for a change. The first few went well but I was not abble to meet or improve my best ever (Have made it on two seperat years of my life) of 250lbs. However………………….

This last few monthes have been stresfull so my gym attendence has not been what it should have been, short summer hours always mess with what I can get done, and I have been working high rep and endurence for the last coupple of monthes so that I could increase ym hitting and running and hitting endurence for fighting. I have also been working on loseing weight. The last time I managed to lose as mutch as I have lost I lost 50 lbs on my benchpress, so ONLY going down to 440lbs is actualy not bad.

WE will see how things go with the other main charted lifts this week..But do not want to go to psycho, unbelts battle at pensic in 2 1/2 weeks. Want to beat the S&*T out of the middies, not my back and sholders. Then start training for crown turney!!!

I am a stress eater and I admit to it. 3 weeks of bs at work and problems at home and life bs. Add being to tired to workout, to stresed to workout(Little depresed) and late nights whare pizza or Mc D’s is the only food avalable on a long drive(GAG<GAG<GAG!!..I avoided MC,D for a year damit!) And a 2 to 4 lb weight gain. ARGGGGG! Bench stats went down to!

Last 4 weeks have been strange. Hours at gym shortened so I can not finish what I want to finish usualy. Motivation down due to that. Tired when I start due to work stress and haveing a hard time getting moveing usualy. This is not to sound like a "Wo is me!!" thing.

Yesterday I was not abble to motivate to do hardly anything other than walking the dog for a hour..and a few martial art combonations. Got into the gym today….

Had awosom workout!! Abble to squat more than I have been abble to in a while..same thing with sholder press and bent over row. Life is weard..just have to catch up on most of the weeks martial arts!!

This was on top of haveing a bad diet day..went to pizza hutt bufett..nuff said. I eat like I look like I do!

The world IS FUBARed to the nith degree. This probibly comes as no suprise to the majority of people who read the stuff I ocasionaly spew forth on this place..but todays example gets my hair in a bunch. This country and western society as a whole is suffering a epedemic of larded out children (Kids under the age of 10 getting type 2 diaobeties -but with thare tripla and quad chins why are people suprised) and adults, as well as the few who are trying to not be fat pigs (I am refering mostly to a sad portion of pre teen and highschool aged girls) attempting to do this by living on one bag of cheetoes a day or by stuffing a toth brush down thare throat so they can puke up the 8 slices of pizza and 2 milkshakes that they stufed in thare face becaus they tryed to live on one stick of cellery a day and thare wilpower was not up to it! These two extreems are a plague appon our country and pocketbooks (Think higher helth care costs) and our eyesight!!

 Now picture you work In a school, whare you have the chance to influence some kids to maby get of thare lard asses and work toward some fitness and atractiveness in a helthy manner insted of makeingt best frends with the toilot bowl. You just try to mind youre owne busness and read a fitness mag (Muscle mag) on your down time when your client, who you are only with because the powers that be are wimping out and not willing to give him the space he has earned, is not causing any problems so does not need your help. Some female students..who spend the day dressed in a maner that I would not allow my daughter (If I had one) to leave the house in, complane about the cover and You get told that you have brought inapropriat controband into the school. You are told this by the person that has told you not to writ kids up for saying "****" on the playground or for throwing things at each other, or for makeing anti semetic or anti mexican american comments. They pick fitness and a magizene promoting helth as a inapropriat problem. You could use the problomatic pics and situation as a lession about how advertising in used to influence americans (Sex sells) and children. You could talk to them about helthy ways to stay in shape. You could focus on the positive articles on nutrition and exercise, (Duck tape the kid to a chair and read all of the exercise articles to them untill thare eyes glaze over) as a way to provide education and help for them. But no..just call it inapropreat and prohibit it and let the other problems go..especaly the kids who tell teachers to "go to hell" and "**** off" That will help thare little minds and solve the problem.

How to deal with others lazyness!

You know haw anoying it is when you plan to go someware and the bus is late so you do not make it on time? You know what it is like to arange your day to do something and then others cancil it and you are left not being abble to do anything else worth while due to lack of time? How about the anger of seting out to fly somewhare but they overbook it and will not start the plain untill someone else is punished for thare messup by VOLINTERING to get of the plain and everyone else is stuck just sitting thare? And the two kings of them all for me….Getting to the gym and wating around for 1 1/2 hour to be told that your lifting partner is not comeing when he lives 5 minits away in town or less..getting to fighting practice and no one showes or calls so you just sit thare !!

 Know these last to can realy mess up your goals, especealy if you live in the middle of noware and have to drive pretty far out of your way to go to eather. Fighting practics (A full armored deal with real armor and sticks) is a awosome cardio workout so figures into the weeks cardio, so when it does not happen it is a definate setback..not to mention the skill level is real hard to maintain without adaquat opposition to struggle and test yourself against. Even worse when you are trying to attain a skill level in a basicle martial art whare you do not have tests to gage your advancement in rank and skill. The only yardsticks you have are how well you do on any given day in adaquat compotition or if you go up in rank by being voted in by those who already have the rank. Loss of regular practice can be a real setback.

Now lets think about weight workouts with out a partner. When you get to the point whare you are hoisting 350 to 450+ lbs of your chest it is a good idea to have a partner. It is important to have a partner who can actualy pull the weight of of you when you fail..going to failor being the way to move up in weight, so you will be failing, only a question of when..insted of bulling thare owne back out or just watching and calling the rescue squad. So when you schedule the 1 day a week to travel 2 1/2 houres out of your way with todays gass prices it is a bit anoying to be told after helping the persons parrents with rakeing thare lawn that the person is to tired to show up. Heck, even if you are that tired you could get in the car and come over long enough to just do the spotting.Or you could call sooner and say that you will not be makeing it so that the person is not wateing around for you!!

YA, this is a bit of a rant..but when you are trying to reach goals that require that you interact with others it is a real pain in the neck if they are not thare to interact with!! Then at other times you have to hear about not makeing thare growth/ strength goals or not improving in thare fighting skills as fast as I did or as fast as they want to. This is not WORLD OF WARCRACK, you can not just go up levels sitting on youre butt..you have to get out thare and work at it!! And if you complain to me about not reaching eather of those types of goals than my response will be "I was thare, whare were YOU!!!"

 

I"LL be home doing pell work(Hitting a tree or post with a stick to practice shots) and doing pushups..And wishing you (The complaning person) was tied to that post or tree!!!!

I am just happy these things are back up!!

Since I had a IEP meeting this day  …………(not shore who might reed this site and want no violations) I have a realy good reason to lift and workout today!!!! Burning off stress and anger is one of the biggest and best reasons to exercise. Anger feeds the soul and the arm!! That and a big helping of proten and createn!!
