Don’t we all love the economy?

Well, it is official..I just got kicked in the neather regions by this whole depression thing, when you apply the logic that it is a recession when your frend looses his job and a depression when you do!! Not shore how this will affect my training and fighting for the summer.

Basicly what happened is that the kid I am working with’s contract with us runs out at the end of this week and with the current economy no new contracts are comeing in for older kids and the place can not afford to carry me due to budget cuts untill some come in… thing is that they (my boss and her boss) fell over themselves saying over and over that it was not anything that I had done and that my job performance had no problems…..what the heck can you do?

Any job ideas for a 3rd dan with a bachelers in history and 10+ years in human services who can bench 400+ on a good day? They would be apreciated!

As I walk around these days, I can’t help but notice that there are soo many kids that are out of shape and also have no sense of discipline or focus. I know that the economy sucks we just had layoff at my company. So if I were to make a suggestion it would be to check within your community to see what the possibilities would be for you to start your own program. What ever you choose good luck.

I lost my job right before Christmas so I know exactly where you are coming from.

Make sure to start the paperwork for unemployment with your state and keep your head up.

This economy will bottom out and start the recovery process. -Jeff

There’s always the labor industry–Everyone always needs the basic pieces of civilization, so until this blows over, that may be a good place to look.

Sorry to hear about your job. I wish I had any good advice. This seem to be getting worse and worse. My job just laid off too and now we are being bought out so who knows what will happen. At least you have a good background and hopefully you can get something soon. If not what you want, at least something that will work
