right now i could only handle the first two challenges in level C..not even close to ready for jumpingjacks and still have yet to do a squat with any weights yet..good luck to u and anyone that takes ur challenge!!

  2. fenixataris182 Says:

I’ll do C! Which one are you doing?

  3. BrandyTKO Says:

I’m in, still deciding on which challenge. Likely B.

Thank you for the invitation Sensei, I accept option A) as your kohai in this party.

May I change the bodyweight squats for MAE-GUERI-KEKOMI? My right knee is not working that well, and stretching the leg help me recover it.
    Frank B.

OK Folks , here is what this fat old man did!
    Bodyweight squats 150, toe raises 100, pushups 155, mountan climbers 150 , jumping jacks 150, crunches 210 !

  14. fenixataris182 Says:

Started with 500 crunches, 50 pushups, 50 jumping jacks, 50 squats, then 500 more crunches! 1000 crunches a day keeps the abs in agony!

  15. BrandyTKO Says:

    Challenge B completed!

  16. fenixataris182 Says:

You should make a group for all of these challenges and their challengers!

  17. Growing-up Says:

    Completed on Thursday afternoon;
200 push-ups broken in five groups of 40 push-ups (still sore)
100 bodyweight squats broken in a single set of 100 bodyweight squats with front kick (to extend the quads and right knee)
100 crunches broken in two series of 50.
