Today..working out when you can’t!
I will not be abble to workout today becaus of a date with my wife..But my client had gym class today so I made good use of the time. While he played basketball I walked laps around the gym and did 5 to 20 pushups after every lap. Some pushups were feet elivated, some were not. Some of the elavated ones were on the 3level of the balechers.

Beter than doing nothing..plus got to show client that every little bit helps to get into and stay in shape! Role modeling something usefull!

what a great way to double ur value..i love ur use of time and i am sure ur client thought it was cool u werent just sitting there!!
