Challanges for xmass! Who wants to beat this fat old man!

I thought I would put up a few choices for those people who have different problems with joints and stuff. Here she goes::

A) 200 + pushups, 100 bodyweight squats, 1oo crunches

B) 100 pushups, 200 bodyweight squats, 100 jumping jacks, 100 crunches

C) 400 crunches, 50 pushups, jumping jacks 50, 50 bodyweight squats

D) The monster killer

150 pushups

150 jumpingjacks

150 bodyweight squats

150 mountanclimbers

200crunches

100 toe raises

50+ bodyweight squats

We will see who does what! I look forward to hering from those who signe up and who finishes this!

Today..working out when you can’t!

I will not be abble to workout today becaus of a date with my wife..But my client had gym class today so I made good use of the time. While he played basketball I walked laps around the gym and did 5 to 20 pushups after every lap. Some pushups were feet elivated, some were not. Some of the elavated ones were on the 3level of the balechers.

Beter than doing nothing..plus got to show client that every little bit helps to get into and stay in shape! Role modeling something usefull!

The challange…the feuture!

Thanksgiveing went well and I was vary thankefull to all those who said that they would do the challange or voiced interest. I even had responders from europe and canada which was sooooo cool! Not everyone has reported in as to how well they did but the reports I did get were impresive. Most people , while not doing the exact numbers on all exercises, actualy did the same amount of work or, in some cases, far exceeded what was sugested and asked. Thanks to all of you this was a day not just of lard eating but of lard bearning also!!

 OK….I will put up what I got done..

Pushups  175

toe raises 100

bodyweight squats 200

crunches 200

 I did not get the jumping jacks done  myself. I totaly forgot that I had put them on the list without acess to a computor on the day. I did go over on the pushups and the toe raises however.
