O. K people…a turky day challange!

Hay folks!

 I started my current body fix on thanksgiveing day last year by getting back into the habbit of drinking a gallon of water a day during the week (And watching "Englands: The biggest looser"  while cooking thanksgiveing dinner at a frends house). That was the start of a 30+ lb loss without loosing to mutch benchpress strength for a change.

My challange to anyone who will take me up on it is to do, on thanksgiveing day……This:

200 jumping jacks

150 pushups

200 crunches

100 bodyweight squats

50 toe raises

If you pull it of..or beat it..post it here!!

Drive me into the ground folks!

    I’m up for the challenge :) . I’ll let you know if I get around to it, but since Thanksgiving is on a weekday it’s a workout day anyway.

    Alright Im in but one question is body weight squats just me doing squats or me taking my body weight and putting it on a bar?? cause Ill do either way! Im a fitness machine!

    GOOD AFTERNOON SENSI D AND HAPPY TURKEY DAY. WELL I HAVE BEEN AWAKE SINCE 0500HRS AND THAT IS WHEN MY JOURNEY BEGAN! I HAVE COMPLETED 100 MILITARY STYLE JUMPING JACKS AND PUSH - UPS (THAT IS A 3 TO 1 RATIO FOR A TOTAL OF 300 EACH) AND 225 CRUNCHES. MY BODY IS SCREAMING AND I AM TAKING A BREAK…LOL! ON THE UPSIDE OF THINGS, I FEEL AMAZING!!!! I AM NOT FINISHED YET, STILL HAVE THE SQUATS AND SUCH TO DO…LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING SOME MUCH NEEDED SLEEP AND EVEN A SLICE OF CHOCO CAKE WITH PEANUT BUTTER ICING AS MY REWARD. GREAT CHALLENGE!!!

    Here is my contribution.

    Jumping jacks 200

    Pushups 200

    Crunches 200

    Bodyweight squats 150

    Toe raises 200

    The jumping jacks and squats were not fun, since I have not recovered from my Wednesday leg workout.

    325 push ups and 50 single leg toe raises and 40 doubles as a finisher to lock the PUMP!
