Frustration!! ARRRGGGG!!! I hate this!!!!
Just thought I was haveing a good day . I had gotten enough sleep, had a good energy drink and was a little hyped and had not maxed out in a while so I thought "Go for it" Slight problem of different spotters than last time and lousey music with no agression.
Warmups for bench went well and all but started haveing problems at about 360 benchpress and could barly get 380. I have done 450 in the past..what is up with this? I have been doing lockouts for monthes with 450 for around 4 reps.
I did manage to bring my squat up a little which is cool because this time last year I could not squat at all ant i got a farly good (Not compotition perfect) 345! Anyone have any ideas on what the heck to do?
