Work and life BS!!
I am a stress eater and I admit to it. 3 weeks of bs at work and problems at home and life bs. Add being to tired to workout, to stresed to workout(Little depresed) and late nights whare pizza or Mc D’s is the only food avalable on a long drive(GAG<GAG<GAG!!..I avoided MC,D for a year damit!) And a 2 to 4 lb weight gain. ARGGGGG! Bench stats went down to!

Dont let stress get u down. What a better way to get rid of it than to throw some iron around at the gym. Some times we need a break from our working out, but if we let life get in the way we would never make it to the gym. U may need a week or 2 rest. Then get your head back in the GAME. And kick some ass. Bob
