Hello everyone! (About to do some serious rambling because I am so nervouse about the surgery tomorrow) Well, I am doing pretty good so far. The last week has been kind of hard leading up to this week. I am very nervous about my eye surgery. I will be down for the rest of this week getting that done and hoping all goes well. I will stick to veggie and fruit smoothies and give food a break so that I may focus my energy on helping my eyes heal.
So, I have decided i want to be extremely famous. I know, there are a lot of things I want and without hard work…I will just be watching them slip by. But, I truly feel this is something that I must accomplish. I have fallen in love with the way my body has surprised me day after day. And my self esteem has been on a huge rise. The comments and accomplishments of everyone here and on my other blogs has helped boost my motivation to new levels as well. I love you all and hope to reach new levels! 2009 Rules!

Well, I have officially decided to drop out of the HYDROXYCUT contest and wait for another to start. While I wait, I will focus more on my food intake and workouts. The pills work I am sure, but I found that I broke out more and the crash did not fit well in my schedule. I am not huge on pills to begin with but, found they also come in a liquid form. I wish the very best of luck to all who are continuing on! I love you all! Now on to the next!!!

Wow! I finally found a contest that I was not late for. So in order to make this the contest I follow to the end, I will list all the bad habits I normally allow hinder my results:
- Eating what I want because I believe I will get the hang of it the next day
- Not sticking to a schedule
- Not getting to bed on time
- Being too lazy
- Not motivating self
- Procrastinating
- Not eating properly
Okay…there it is..Alright…
To those of you about to do this: I wish everyone the best of luck! I do hope to motivate everyone and hope you can motivate me too!

Mine was spent worrying about whether or not I would make the weigh ins today. And guess what…I DID!!! The physical part is tomorrow and as soon as I found out I did okay, I binged on anything I can find. Now in order to see maximum results, I am making a contract for myself to let this be the last one. I am very excited to see what I look like next summer. Alright..i have a lot of work to do. But before I go: I pledge to keep my logs and page updated every week and to take as many pictures of my progress for all to see! I can’t wait to see the new me!

It took a lot to come back here, but I have jumped back and forth for entirely too long. I went to what I felt was the hottest place in the world, surrounded by enemies, lost some weight and when I came back gained some weight back. I am ten pounds shy of the morbid 200 and I will not be going back. I said I wanted to be a Raw Vegan and discover the food my body was ment to be fed. But, talking about these things is all I ever do. In order for you to gain success, one needs action. I looked at my old photos on here and read the comments of some of the best people I have never met. Many comments were very encouraging. I thank each and everyone of you for motivating me to be the very best I can be. Unfortunately, there are also comments that you wish you never read. I chose to keep the comment on my page. The negativity pushes me to rise above. I see this person as another step on the ladder that I crush as I climb to the top! I love you all and I AM BACK!!!

Well, after a grueling two weeks of training(military type stuff)…I can finally buckle down and focus on my fitness. There is a Biggest loser competition coming up 21st of January to the 14th of April 2008 at my base gym. Respectfully request to be wished "good luck" as I once again set upon a fitness journey that I hope to accomplish! I always start something and never finish or I give it a couple weeks then run back to the couch falling into more of my bad habits! I have an appointment today with a fitness trainer. I do hope she keeps the appointment, since I could no longer afford Golds Gym…I decided to use facilities available to me! I also want to start biking to work, the temperature is rapidly dropping and I will have to work around that…but that would also greatly help in my fitness goals!

In the Navy, there is a three strikes your out policy when it comes to weigh in! Well, after nine years of a clean slate and passing all my weigh ins, I failed one! Being kicked out of the Navy for drugs or being an alcoholic is pretty bad…but being booted out of the service is worse. So, what this means is every weigh in from here on out has to be the better than the best. I needed to be in or around 36% body fat and they stated that I was at 42%! YIKES! I knew that I was a big girl, but I never really felt obese until today. There were three guys in the room with me and all of them went quiet as if they did not know what to say. What a horrible feeling! Anywho…I just got back from a nice long walk and realized the fat is not going to budge with walking and the eliptical alone…I must start running again!
