I’m staying about 175…I have completely changed my mindset regarding my weight….in the past, I felt my goal was to lose the weight through starving, over training……I feel so ****in stupid now….I can verbally express now what I want to achieve….And it is…..I want to build as much muscle mass as possible while eating healthy foods….My past has been a yo-yo existence when it came to food….Food was what I turned to for comfort,for my anger…at times it was my love…clear headed and focused….I had to learn that my self respect….belonged it me…. That respect hinged on loving myself…that even though god was out there controlling things…I had to call on the god within myself…I had forgotten that my body was a gift…my temple….once my foundation was built on limestone..turning to dust by the elements…Today that same foundation is built on granite…lasting strength…my goal now will be to be a positive force for others that believe all is lost cause brothers I was lost…truly…
I have been waking up hungry in the middle of the night.At first, I told myself…tough no food…go back to sleep…but it continues to happen.I decided to log what I eat.I’m thinking I may need more protein in my diet…Currently I’m comsuming about 2200 calories…this is bumped up from 1800. I posted my hunger issues in a thread…… got alot of comments.My diet is a work in progress….I’m out….
I had a set back this week….I might have over lifted……I’m experiencing alot of lower back pain.Currently taking over the counter pain relievers…if the pain doesn’t subside…..Will see the doc……
I did what former heavy guys do I lost too much weight….within the last 2 weeks I have gained about 5 pounds…Since by diet has been clean I believe most of it is muscle….my abs and chest are still a work in progress but i pleased with my progress in this area….been hittin craigslist lookin for cheap equipment to build up my basement gym….peace
Increasing my dead lifts……increased weight loads by 10%.Ab excerises with increased weights….i wrestled in high school and college….continue to lose body fat but now going to battle with alittle bit of loose skin….I’m determined
