9am…1st meal…2 eggs,small bagel with tablespoon of natty p
12am….Snack …about a half of cup of almonds or a large homemade protein bar
Work out…5 day split at least an hour
130pmAfter workout ….yogurt with some peanut butter…maybe cottage cheese
330pm Homemade chicken jerky maybe some oatmeal ,apple
600pm dinner….6to 8 ozs of meat chicken or beef, brown rice,,,usually two types of veggies
930pm…..a combo of cottage cheese, or a mixed green salad with cheese, meat,egg….
