starting a new workout,lets see how it works,start each lift with a pyramid compound movement 5×5,4,3,2,1 then 2 isolation movements 3 sets with only 30 secs rest.on smaller muscle groups do the same but only 3 heavy set.i’ll work chest,tris together back,bis together legs and shoulders.run after each weight day sprints one day and the next distance.going to shoot for 8 weeks hope for some results in power,definition,speed and endurance
