Disappointment.

I went back up 5 pounds. The diet is now changing. I have been giving in to not having time. It no longer matters. It is done. I feel terrible. I have to change this.

Stares

I get a lot of stares at the gym. I really hate it. I like to do the elliptical machine, and this lady walks by with her husband on the track like 7 or 8 times with in my 30 mins of cardio. She looks at my crouch like 7 out of the 8 times she walked by. Its not only her but i get this from women all the time and surprisingly guys also do it. I really hate it. Sometimes i think i need to buy some of the really long t-shirts the kids are wearing now a days.

Diet.

I need to work on my diet; BAD. I get off work at 5pm and hit the gym from 520 to 645. Then i get home about 7. I find it hard to drink my whey protein and then have to eat dinner very soon after.  I think this is holding me back. I have to figure out a way to get past it.

Had a great day today. I finally got everything done with my car, and i finally got to workout. I had a great workout. Was a little stress over my current relationship, but we decide to take some time off. I’m in love , but i just need time to get myself together. There was no cheating or nothing like that. Just lots of issues. I’m hoping that they won’t find anyone else while I’m trying to get myself together. I don’t plan on finding anyone so. But lost 2.2 pounds even with the lack of working out, and the bad eating days. So i guess the good cancels out the bad. I don’t know……………???

Getting Better

My father fixed most of the studs for me on my wheel. So it is very possible that i will be working out on  Saturday. I am very happy, and Thank Jesus for blessing me so. I was dreading fixing the problem by myself. I aslo moved to a new building at work that is closer to my gym. It is a little farther from home, but the interstate has less accidents so should be great. The only bad thing is that there are no healthy eating places in the area. I would have to drive 10 to 15 mins on an hour lunch just to get something kind of healthy, but I’ll figure that out. Missed 3 days i will probably just try to tack on a few extra mins on my cardio sessions. It really depends on my weight for the week. I’m hoping i broke even. I don’t want to ever go back up in weight until i see a visible reason for going back up (like muscle).

Dreading Saturday.

I’m dreading weighing in on Saturday. I just hope i haven’t gained any weight. I have been trying so hard to not ever go back up again, but i have missed my workout 2 days in a row due to the tire situation. I also may not make my Saturday workout. I still have to fix the broken studs  so i can make it to work on Monday. I thought about working out on Sunday, but i can’t miss church its a tithing Sunday( You can do more with the 90% than the 100%). I’m hoping it will be back to normal next week.

Another not so great day.

I had to get up early so i could have someone take me to the rental car place. I only had a cup of pomegranate juice for breakfast. I missed lunch running around getting estimates on care tires and rims; I also lost my work badge, so had to get a new one of those. Didn’t get to go to the gym, because i had to change at least one of the 2 tires. I broke 3 out of 5 studs on the wheel of the first tire. Now i have to figure out how to fix that. Had an OK dinner, i guess thats the only positive. Got in trouble for messaging someone a whole 15 states away. Another not so great day, but hopefully i will be get done fixing my car by tomorrow, and I’m going to the gym for sure on Saturday.

Not that great of a day.

I recently read in Oxygen magazine that you burn more fat if you do your weight training before your cardio. I done it, and i think it works. I had a good workout, but on the way home hit a curve and busted 2 tires on the right hand side. I will have to get up early to go rent a car.  I also didn’t have time to cook, so i had pigged out which is very bad. I really got learn how to control myself. I think i don’t get enough sleep, and this is probably causing some of the cravings. Did 30 mins cardio, but no watch so HRM calories not recorded today.

30 min cardio.

I think in the upcoming week, i will be going to 30 mins of cardio a day. I have been doing 20 mins and somedays 25 mins, but i need to up my fat loss. I will also start to keep track of the number of calories i burn according to my heart monitor.
