Calves - tips to increase the size

I have been battling to increase the size of my calves - without any success. The calf raise weights I’ve used are 150kgs (or close to 300lbs). I do 4 sets of 15 reps, three times a week. The only change is firming up the calves but definitely no increase in size at all. Anyone have some advice or recommendations - PLEASE :)
