			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>had a solid back workout yesterday. started with 6 sets of pullups to failure (3 wide grip, 3 close grip), then bent over t-bar rows for 4 heavy sets and 1 burnout. then we hit seated cable rows for 4 heavy sets to failure and 1 burnout. finished with assisted pullups for 3 sets. really trying to develop lats and add some width to my back. ate well post workout. today&#8217;s a rest day, tomorrow chest (a personal favorite).

Seeing only marginal improvement in shape of legs. Last night I decided to mix it up and supersetted squats with dumbbell lunges. Something about that combination has left me unable to sit down today (I mean that in a good way). Hoping I&#8217;ve found a way to trick my legs into growing.
