New excitement to leg workout
My legs are an underdeveloped work in progress. I’ve been eating like a horse and really focusing on leg development for 2 months now and only gained 2 pounds. Seeing only marginal improvement in shape of legs. Last night I decided to mix it up and supersetted squats with dumbbell lunges. Something about that combination has left me unable to sit down today (I mean that in a good way). Hoping I’ve found a way to trick my legs into growing.

Hey, i’ve always been a person who loves legs…well, love hate relationship…love it when their done! Something that helped me was on legged squats…you may have already done or tried them but i think they’re great. Reduce the weight across your back but throw a foot up on a bench behind you. Your legs AND you @## will be killin the following day.
