Hello All,
Today is a huge day for me. I am officially 51 lbs less from my heaviest weight. Wow, can’t believe i’ve accomplish so much in a little less than 6 months. I feel truly blessed that the Lord has allowed me to continue to make progress and change in my physique. It definately hasn’t been an easy road, but being consistant, dedicated, and most importantly Patient are the reasons for my current accomplishment. Although, I have attained this accomplishment, this is definately not the end of the road for me. My Ultimate goal is to reach 220 lbs. But the beauty about truly living a bodybuilding lifestyle is there are always aspects of your physique that you want to improve. I’m so blessed to have had a lot of support from my friends, family, and most importantly all my fam on Bodyspace who have been there to send support my way. So i’m gonna send special shot out to:
Cabjudo (My home girl & fellow Engineer), JoshBme (who is an inspiration for everyone, and a cool person), Jen_absgirl (beautiful smile & great 6 pack), AntonioWright, cawiau, hwy2hottie (for working hard, being beautiful and hitting a milestone herself), isabelhotrod (always an inspiration), LiciKing (my Aries beauty and motivator), ngatiporou23 (who has accomplished so much and continues to be an inspiration), Supermaine (whose there always motivating us), tmarrufo (my co-work and fellow gym warrior who has been there during my transformation), ytran2006 (who, besides Cabjudo, is one of my biggest supporters), and finally Totalmeltdown (whose transformation and story literally motivated me to make this journey.
I thank you all who has impacted my life directly or in directly. I’ll keep training hard and hope that through my accomplishments I can be an inspiration to others. Thank You, Be Safe and God Bless

Hey All,
I’m at work, and I was looking at the many transformations i’ve seen and I was inspired to write a little blog. I must say that since I’ve been working out, going on 9 weeks, i’ve been seeing some improvements in my physique, particularly my arms & legs. In addition, my stomach is getting flatter. There isn’t a six pack yet, however, with time, cardio, and dieting they’ll appear. In addition, I’ve been really inspired by so many people on this website, that it has encouraged me to leave positive comments on other peoples page, who I’ve never met, and boost their moral. Give them some moral support when they hit a snag in their training or they aren’t happy with their progress pics. Having others come and provide you with words of encouragement can be so beneficial. I will continue to work hard, for myself, as well as for others out there who believe it’s difficult or impossible to achieve their goals of transforming their physique. Cause i’m sure if they can see the transformation I am making, God willing, that will motivate them to work hard and transform their physique. Believe in God and yourself and all things are possible. Good Luck!!!

Hello All,
I hope all is well. I know I have been M.I.A. lately, but this has been one crazy year for me. I went through a lot of changes in my personal life and i’ve been re-focusing my life. The main thing i’ve been trying to change is my physique. I have spent most of my life making excuses about losing weight and getting in shape…and to be honest throughout my life i’d have spurts of motivation. However, now I feel truly motivated to lose weight and get into shape.
The most important lessons i’ve learned about transforming your physique is stay motivated, be consistant, and be patient. Because i’ve been following these lessons i’m starting to see changes in my physique…even if they’re little changes…they are still changes in the positive direction. In addition, it’s nice to hear friends and family compliment me on the improvements i’ve been making on my physique. However, i’m no where near my goal, but I am progressing and that’s what’s important.
In the meantime, I will try to keep you updated with my progressive as often as I can. The more and more progress I see in my physique, the more and more I will display my improvements. I’m "A Work In Progress" and will continue to be. Stay focused, Stay motivated, believe in yourself and God and all things are possible. One Love!!!

Hey all,
It’s been a while since I have been on bodyspace and I must say that I missed it. Last time I was on here I was a dedicated person trying to achieve my ultimate goal of losing a whopping 80 lbs, however, to my dissmay I have not came any closer to achieving that goal. I’m a college student so usually I go to school, study hard, and go to sleep. Im usually to tired to train. And that mentallity right there is my down fall. By the end of he spring semester I got up to 305lbs. Yeah, I know, that’s big.
Lately, I have promised myself that I was going to get back to the gym and get back in the groove of things. Therefore, starting in the second week of June, I have rededicated myself to losing weight, and getting in shape. In addition, to weight trainning, which i must say I love, I have joined a Thai Boxing class at my gym. The only words to describe it is "Intense." But I bust my butt, sweat a lot, and after an hour of pushing myself to the max I complete the class. I take the class four days a week. So I can maximize my weight loss. Eventhough the class is hard, I enjoy it because it pushes me, and I know that I am losing weight.
As of now, i’m entering a full month of training and I hope I can continue my dedication. thanks for listening, and untill next time, "Train Hard"
