August 12, 2008FIRST BLOG!!! well, after a couple of weeks off of the weights I think its time to really dedicate myself. I seem to really make progress when I make the effort. It just seems something always comes up and I end up missing like a week or more of lifting and lose what I gained. My fiance and I are starting workouts together tonight so hopefully this works for both of us. I have been doing quite a bit of running lately just because its so convenient to go for a run where I’m at. I did a little over 6 miles in 50 minutes saturday, and I ran about 3 1/2 this morning in about 24 minutes. Well heres to the new workouts and sticking to it!
