I have farted around the last few weeks and I am sick and tired of it. I am hitting it full out, hardcore starting tomorrow. I worked chest some this morning, but this afternoon is the Superbowl (got to have food and beer). Tommorow I am making a promise; I’m, going at it 100%%%.

Sorry I was away. I got in a rut at work and was depressed for a while.Missed about 2 weeks of training time.That made me feel worse.I think I am over it now and I’m getting back to the gym. Headed there now to work shoulders. Hope everone is fine and I will try to not slip again. Did you miss me?? Yeah, Oh well, I missed you all anyway.

I know that there are a lot of Personal Trainers out there. I have thought about looking into it, but I do not know if I could afford it. I know that it varies, but could some of you give me an idea of some of the salery ranges out there? I would love to have a job,maybe even part time, that I could get more enjoyment from.

I feel really pumped now for some reason, but I am stuck at work. It happened later today.I usually get that feeling around 10:00 a.m. Feel like I am going to blow up. Hopefully I will still feel this way after work. My timing is off. I need a workout fix. Maybe I can sneek in some pushups behind my desk.

I have been trying to gain mass but I want to keep definition. My problem is my diet. I have to make myself eat more often. I am not big on breakfast and sometimes do not even eat lunch. then I pig out at suppertime. I have started trying to eat some cereral or oatmeal in the morning along with taking something for lunch with a protein shake.Lately, I have managed to have around 4 shakes a day. Any sugestions to help me eat better? Should I be using a weight gainer as well my reg. protien? My body sems to be used to the time I spent in the military and I go too long without food until I get hungry.
