What motivates you? When your at the breaking point, and your body is so tired that all you want to do is quit. What motivates you not to quit? Do you hate failure, does hatred push you past the breaking point and make you able to push harder. Even when your body is so tired you feel like you couldnt lift another ounce. Some would say hatred makes us stronger, makes us able to do things we didnt think we could do. Most people would say hate is a bad thing, an unhealthy emotion. But when it comes to motivation, hate is sometimes essential. I hate the breaking point, the part of a workout where your muscles are so tired they feel like they’re gonna burst into flames. I love the feeling, but hate the thoughts of quitting that comes along with the feeling. Thats when the hatred of failure comes into play. Because if you stop there then you’ve just failed, but if you push out one or two more good burning fiber splitting reps then you’ve just won. You just passed the breaking point. Yea sure you’re gonna be sore the next day, but you didnt give up. So all day you walk around in pain, but you’re still smiling because you just did what that little voice in your head said you couldnt do. You finished…
