Wow…
Today’s WOD with Crossfit was 15 reps of hang cleans with 115lbs. This was a new one for me so I dropped to 10 reps with 95 lbs. I also did 12 reps of dips since we do not have rings here. Lastly, 21 situps. I did as many sets as possible in 20 minutes. I wanted to throw up my protein shake as soon as I drank it. This will be felt tomorrow.
