you know its mat,
breakin my back,
tryin hard to stay on track,
fear a bit to overtrain,
anyways im goin insane,
love liftin for a long time,
and spillin out a little rhyme,
my weights havent really changed,
new exercises and rearranged,
breakin down hopin to rebuild,
stay cool and just chill,
i still have but a will,
managing my days and taken my pills,
