Thursday, July 23rd, 2009well im kinda weird but im feelin good,
yesterday i did everything i should,
and yesterday i did kickboxing training,
about 130 kicks and 130 punches total but all kinds,
so how bout that spit,
some crunches too,
sung some blues,
today im liftin and eatin alotta lunches,
maybe i wont lift im not sure yet,
its tuff to see if i would overtrain,
what a flippin pain,
insane
