yeah im sayin,
squatted 180 15 times then 12 times in a minute or so,
low weights high reps is what ive been doin,
at least for the squat,
im back doin it by myself and i always get hurt,
maybe im just over thinking,
maybe im just a weakling,
maybe more maybe less but im sure ill try my best,
deadlift soon im not sure what day,
but low weight is all i gotta say,
rows and curls crunches and lunches,
im gonna eat the day away…quote quote

well im back,
my names matman,
love dumpin trash cans,
kinda have a plan,
whats the difference,
i benched today and tae bo tommorrow,
and drowning in my sorrow today,
ill make it through my way,
i loved speeding on the highway,
i love jumpin high,
and love takin a big sy,
dont like figs,
eat like a pig,
and maybe diggin a big hole,
you know?

so i squatted 160 14 times,
felt real good,
it was the fifth set too,
im a ltte soar today from everything though,
doi all the things i should,
maybe my body will grow,
and off from work today,
i worked 11 days in a row,
i only trained once besides my jogging and walking and riding,
i hope i dont over train,
thats just a pain,
been working on my railroad too,
you know cuttin grass,
so ill have some cash in the bank,
and my work to thank.

so i piss myself off sometimes,
and sometimes i do good,
like yesterday i did a tummy workout,
leg raise oblique leg raise off my bar,
leg raise off floor,
kung fu kicks,
kung fu punches,
then ate a lunch,
but i wanna throw bricks,
my nerves are shot,
i feel messed up alot,
and work is not the spot,
smokein and huffin,
every half hour im puffin away…
