cuttin grass makin cash today,
had a six day week of workin out,
weights 3 kung fu 3,
i feel great,
on to another six day schedule,
and i hope i feel even better,
hopefully my weights increase and i dont get hurt,
more plates more pump and no dump,
kung fu lo for day cardio and straight up can of whoop ass,
yesterday i wasnt that fast,
less sleep and famishmed trimmin a bush on the street,
so i got some sleep and im about to eat,
crunches and lunches,
bench press and more for day chest,
should do some reading to improve my mind,
you know i have some time

im not joining the army,
i dont own an atari,
maybe sometimes i feel sorry,
and i need bigger arms,
i need more cardiovascular in my arms,
my training tells me these things,
like more bench press and more squat and deadlift,
so im gonna do these things regardless,
and no over training cause its just not right,
no im gonna train alot but im lifting only three days a week,
im doin some kung fu lo three days too,
maybe a ten minute jog in the morning everyday,
but im training seriously,
so take me seriously,
and im looking for a hot chick everyday,
but i dont go that far,
so maybe im not thinkin too smart,
least i have more jobs in summertime,
and my habits are starting to decline,
i need to buy a home,
somewhere i can be alone

doin the squat again,
been a long time sorry i left it,
100 for 15 reps 130 for 2 sets of 12 full squat ,
i had a little pain so i stopped
2min later set of 130 3/4 squat for 30 reps,
my back was tired so i stopped,
now im fine,
jumped rope for ten minutes of and on,
jogged a bit walked a bit and sprinted a long sidewalk a couple times,
my calfs are in need of help and its gonna take some time,
its a pain not to have a machine,
bygollygee im thats just the way it will be,
so i have to check my notes cause i might be resting today,
but im happy with my progress,
maybe not totally,
but i did a lot more laterals,
and more upright rows,
so theres little to complain about

it was all about kung fu yesterday,
cause really i wasnt gonaa lift cause my knees,
and today my knees still are weird so i dont know,
kicks and punches and a whole lot,
but even riding my bike my knees were shot,
from playin ball tappin rim a lot,
so one trick a 360 roll out,
my lungs felt clear,
and grass is near,
more money more problems,
but hey im not complainin,
i love bein my own boss.
