so i dont know,
maybe my body doesnt grow,
im still liftin and doin things about the same but the weight really hasnt changed,
makes me insane,
jumped some rope yesterday,
weighted roped too,
jogged a mile as well,
maybe today ill work chest and triceps,
i really cant tell what im gonna do,
my heads full of the blues,
and its still early morning and i have nothin to do,
maybe just write to you,
so i write and i sip and i smoke,
and i think alot to,
maybe i should think of some jokes,
i only got one and its not that good,
you know  i walk alot and that could be my building problem,
sometimes a real lot jog a little too,
whatever really im still workin out,
and it helps me out,
eat my lunches doin some crunches,
everyday im doin some thing,
maybe some day ill be on my way.

so i did 13 sets for my chest,
i felt i was att my best,
some pullovers dumbell press and incline dumb press,
and 5 sets of extensions for triceps,
a mile jog too,
its funny cause i smoke alot,
and i sometimes cant reach my goals,
i should quit i know,
i take breaks anyways,
now im headed for another week,
jumpin rope for sure and kung fu galour,
i still need a girl,
and does anybody even read my blogs?

so i lifted 2 days ago doin lots of sets and lots of exercises,
today i may lift again but not that much,
getting back in touch with the rope today probably,
tokin on my smokes throughout the morning,
im probably gonna quit soon,
but then again its quite a pain,
maybe ride my bike today,
i dont work today,
hopefully yesterday will stay in yesterday,
still got bills to pay,
and thats all i have to say.

kung fu crazia,
im likin the punches and the kicks,
gives me a good mind trip,
also when i land my bike tricks,
been slowin a bit on bodybuilding,
but im not done,
gotta keep it movin movin,
but when youre tight and sore or even hurt its hard to feel a good groove groove,
my backs a little sore from everything though,
so workin it today im not sure,
maybe just pull ups
hit my biceps,
and do some wrist curls.

eat sleep sheet,
im neat have no jeep and sometimes stinky feet,
huff and puff pump and dump,
aggravation cigarettes weights and …
desire love fire and want to retire,
joke and toke and high hope,
wanna be wet and wild,
dont want a child,
need speed and im hungry,
lost lose and choose between,
relax got ear wax and cut grass,
sip slerp and berp,
coffee deer and water,
near far never go to the mall

so i miss this girl,
and argue until my head goes in a whirl,
and today im talin my day break from all the exercise,
now i dont have much to do,
i dont know what im gonna do,
strap on my  shoes and sing the blues,
news flash…im gonaa be quttin smokin,
and im not jokin,
no more tokin,
just my high hopin,
jumped rope yesterday,
really excitin i might say,
i miss many girls,
still dont know what im doin today…

same old pair of shoe,
liftin some weight too,
so huff and puff,
punch and kick,
and bust a trick,
still not done perfection,
but puttin on a new perspective,

well i couldnt train my legs yesterday,
so i decided to train a different way,
pullups dumbell press and laterals some calf raises too,
it was a good workout too,
so i hope my body grows,
joggin a bit in the morning and practicing kung fu
some crunches too,
today i dont know what im gonna do,
maybe just recover,
get under  the covers,
do some crunches,
and await another day to train.

and less push ups,
and dumbell presses,
thats depressing,
but i still worked out,
gotta keep up a steady diet i know its my own fault,
and dont drink alot,
working out with weights steadily,
and workin on my kung fu more steadily,
