did 3 sets squats and 5 sets pull ups,
1set rows and im feelin good,
and doin more streches for kung fu,
i wanna improve,
i love feelin a good groove,
and wanna make sure i can move,
been on the go nothin too exciteing,
took my bike to the bank so a little riding,
now im waiting for more training.

so i dont know,
my body is growing?
less laterals,
but i jogged further that morning,
you know i raised my calf raises,
did more than 100 but not everyday,
and did a lttle kung fu yesterday too,
less sleep?
but im not gonna stop,
and i just got a clock,
started writing down my workouts as i do em,
keeping track,
my back feels better,
getting back on track.

well broke my back to a small degree,
yesterday pickin up a box,
so im pissed and gonna train anyways,
just tryin to avoid pain,
back biceps and wrists 1st exercise,
crunches and calf raises 2nd exercise,
spread throughout the day,
im headed for 50 pullups within 5 sets 1 min apart,
5 sets rows dumbell,
5 set curls barbell over 33 times 1 min apart with 60 pounds,
sounds low but after pullups its still a workout,
and eatin everything but sour crout,
lunches and crunches is nothin to pout about,
and i forgot to tell you i got a clock,
it f-in rocks…

workin out without no pain,
really cool i say,
but not the lowerback,
so im not on track yet,
no time i bet,
and practiced kung fu,
so im not feelin to blue…
