and today…

going to workout again,
pain is subsiding,
and im doin shoulders and legs,
uped my calf raise and took out front ones,
and im doin kung fu punches and kicks,
i get a kick out of doin kung fu,
it adds something to my days,
i use my punches when im upset,
it releases my frustration,
i need more strength in my shoulders,
im not lifting boulders but enough,
and my legs are my wheels,
even after eating a meal im walkin around town,
and all this turns my frown upside down,
at least for a little…

so ive been sick too,
so so many blues,
i did a small workout yesterday,
and may go into work today,
back feels better..haraae,
some days are better than others,
so just doin little stuff like takin a walk,
cleaning rearranging,
looking for that day when i am with it again…

so i was deadlifting,
8 times swiftly,
until the 9th time,
i was a little out of my mind,
now im the broke back kind,
**** it sucks,
out of luck,
so i tryed to drink it off,
just not enough,
so this morning i popped a couple asprins,
maybe it will stop the pain.

yes well ive been do sets and ive been doin reps,
simple things,
so i did some kung fu my kicks and punches,
and another day to do some crunches,
and you know eatin all those lunches,
ive found myself needing more training,
my mind cant settle down on the benches,
my old training has left this engraving,
and now i have more possibilities,
just have to quit the bad habits,
ive practiced self control and it worked,
so i know i have this potential,
but even trainings not enough,
reading writing working,
without the right opportunity its tuff.

did some pull ups,
makin sure i pulled up as many times i once did,
not in one set,
and wants a corvette,
now im on a roll,
but seems im outa control,
so i did some rows,
and more than before,
and today i dont have any chores,
i dont know what im doin for sure,
but believe im gonna find out,
maybe shout,
maybe pout,
maybe have a bout,
surely im sayin im singin some songs,
the blues,
the fools,
and im leavin my head somewhere instead,
of this dark dead.

three little workouts to get to my big one,
i skipped a day in the middle of them,
and it gets confusing some,
but i can do calf raises and crunches and im sure i will,
im just not satisfied still,
im little willy in the sea,
but im sure to be,
so ill jog a bit,
ill walk a bit,
and work a bit,
i might even do tae bo a bit,
whataya think of that shit?

training day

so yesterday i just played,
weary of some things i might say,
but today will be good,
i will train as i should,
and not joining a gym,
actually i think i could,
traiining hard through a squat im gonna slam on the basketball rim,
and benching more than before,
ive got possiblities golaur,
i could swim in th pool,
good cardio i hope i dont look like a fool,
cause i cant swim anymore,
shoot hoops in the court,
and pick up some ladies im sure to adore.

gym

so i qwas gonna join a gym again but its not gonna be open when i want to go. but i think im gonna call anyways to really make fo sure. but i have a plan anyways. sets of lunges on leg days, and bodyweight squats. sets of dumbell press on chest days, and bodyweight pushups. that should beef me up. and today i may do pullups, rows and deadlift.curls and wrist curls but im not for sure. my shoulders are sore. im proly gonna jog this morning when everybodys in bed drooling.
