Weekend summary- good news!
Well- the bad news is I am one sick puppy. I did manage to workout on Sunday, but had to way dial down the intensity. I think I have the worse cold in the history of all the colds I have ever had. The good news, I ate right on track and did not let the weekend change a thing!

Otherwise- here are the summary stats for the week- I’d like to reverse that carb and protein number, otherse, calories and fat were under goal!! That’s great! (in parenthesis means under goal and not in parens means over- the only number I’d rather not see in parens would be protein):
