I met the woman of my dreams and have been a bit preoccupied to write on the site. Life is soooo good, but i need to get back to hardcore gym time again. Time to fire it back up. Ive been maintaining for months now just over 250lbs which proves I have the ability to maintain at this point, which is great but I still dont like where I am at. The last year has been awesome, everyone cant believe how far and how much I have changed. Need to get back into cardio though. 2 a days are starting Monday. I will be 225 lbs in no time. Whatch out here I come! NEXT SPRING I AM GOING TO SHOCK PEOPLE.!!!

i Start my new routine tomorrow. 6 Day training hitting each muscle group twice a week. Looking forward ot kicking some ass for 12 weeks. I plateaued at 275 lb’s on my current routine, so its time for a switch. Im also changing my diet a bit again. 250 lb’s here I come! Watch out the next 3 months is gonna be crazzzy

Well ive been busting ass to get under 300lb’s and for about a week have stayed right at 300-301. Frustrating, but I know it will happen. Just a little plateau this week. Diet and excersise have been great all week. my body is changing, thats for sure!

Another great week done. Took Thursday off for some much needed rest. Great workout today and down to 304lb’s. Feeling great and looking forward to starting a cycle of Lipo6x on Monday. My journey to tranformation continues!!

Great lift today! Back and bi’s were on fire. Also had a kick ass cardio day on tuesday. down another cple pounds to 314 this morning. Hoping to be under 300 in 8-10 days…
