I am taking creatine and Amino Fuel 2000, and am thinking of adding some others to it. Any suggestions? I was looking at some kind of testosterone booster and NO2. The ones I am considering are No-Xplode and Animal Stak. I seem to plateau my lifting, especially bench around 225/250 or so, other exercises are different weights of course, and think that something new could help me break that plateau. Also, one of my concerns are, I have heard if you take too much and don’t work out hard enough, the supplements can actually make you fatter. I definitely don’t need that. I am training fairly hard, most of the time without a spotter, so I don’t push the 1 rep limit too hard. But I do perform a variety of exercises, a split routine, and pretty intense, so I think/hope that I could handle extra supplements. Besides, if I notice the wrong kind of gain, I can always cut back.

Well, I got a copy of Body for Life and the Mens Health Hard Body plan. Reading through both trying to get a plan for my diet and workout routine. In the meantime, I am cutting back on fats and portions. Until I get my home gym set up, I am settling for push-ups and crunches. Slow going right now, but at least I’m going.

I’m finally starting to work out again, I’ve really let myself go the last few years. I tend to get discouraged easy, especially when stressed out. When I get stressed I eat. If I work out I usually drop weight pretty quick. Just staying with it is hard. I have gotten to the point where simple tasks are getting more difficult, hiking, jogging, riding my bike, lots of things I enjoy are so difficult now. Right now I am living in a house where I really don’t have room to work out. I am moving at the end of March to a house where I will have alot more room. I will be able to set up my Bowflex, and am hoping to get a free weight bench. Ultimately my goal is to drop the pounds and get to the point where I can bench well over my body weight. I would love to bench over 300lbs, good arms to go with it would be nice too.
