Thank God for cheat meals. I was thinking I was going to go crazy today if I had to eat another plan piece of chicken with either rice or sweet potatoes and veggies. So instead I had General Tao’s chicken and white rice. Spring roll for the veggies. Not the greatest thing in the world to eat, but sometimes you need that little pick me up so that you can stomach the rest of your meals. Then again I think next time I am going to stick to Mexican food for my cheats. At least they grill the chicken. Man tonight it becomeing a wash with my meals. I can barely keep my eyes open and really do not want to have any food.

I think I found the only 24 hour fitness in the city of Houston still not open. Though they said it would open tomorrow. So I went into work and did my leg workout there. Needless to say I only had about a 1/4 of the equipment I really needed and way to little weight to get an actual workout in. Ike sucked.

All I have to say after three days of cutting up tree limbs and repairing fence lines (still not done) went into the gym just to do some cardio. The most gruesome 35 minutes of my life so far this week. Ike was a breeze comapred to today. Well I have a back workout tomorrow and then cardio Friday. So it is all good.

Visit gym–No power
Visit gym again- still no power
I think this is a vast left wing conspiracy to keep the bodybuilder down. They could have turned the power back on at anytime. They just do not want me in the gym because I frighten the bubu’s. I may not be super etched yet, but then again i am still in "off season" mode. Come February i will be etched like crazy. They do not like people that scream out qoute’s of the famous Ronnie Coleman. Sorry could not resist. Still no power in most of Houston and the surrounding area. But hey this is the fun part. At work tonight and will finally have access to a treadmill. Going to have to hit it hard since I have not been in the gym since last week. Hope everyone is doing ok…Peace

I am sitting here at work just browsing through the bodyspace photos and one of my co workers walks over and asks how I can look at hot women in almost nothing and not have "problems". It is simple if I see a woman with a nice body I look at it from the aspect that she has worked damn hard to get there and I am showing her the respect she is due by visiting her page and bumping up her visits. They all cannot look past the fact that they are good looking. Man it is rather funny to me may not be to you, but it is to me….Peace…

Well I am in the heart of downtown Houston and it is still standing though Ike did punch out his fair share of windows. Talked to family, friends and neighbors in the surrounding area and they all have no power (unfortunately some friends had their roof collapse in on their house, but thank God that it was the living room and not the bedrooms they and the kids are alright). We never lost power last night here in downtown so that was good (generators would have kicked in, but a fifteen minute delay would have sucked). Only a little flooding on a couple of streets, but talking to my neighbor sections of my subdivision did flood. Well I am still having to be here at work so I guess I need to actually work.

Well I am sitting up here at work locked in since I am one of the senior analysts just waiting for Ike to finally blow through and get this whole thing over with. I do have to say I cheated on my diet when the boss showed up with 20 pizzas for everyone that is here. Pizza good, diet bad (at least for tonight..going to pay for it come Monday). Considering they have sent everyone out of downtown Houston it seems stupid for me to be here, but hey that is what happens when you work for a world wide investment company and you are a senior IT analyst. Everyone else gets to go home and you have to stay. Though I did bring 40 pieces of chicken and 2 lbs of rice and three bags of salad mix. It really sucks, but hey it could be worse we could not have two huge generators and not have any power to surf the interent…. Well everyone in Houston stay safe and Peace..

Have you ever noticed that the "hefty" people you work with stare at you as you are consuming one of your 4 billion meals a day. I always get looks when I get up from my desk at night and walk to the kitchen every two hours to warm up a meal or make a protein shake. I find it funny they snicker and say they wonder why I am not a big fatty because I eat so much food. HMMM it is called a treadmill and slow cardio. I have tried to engage them in conversations to point out that hey the lean cuisine they are eating are about as healthy as well dirt. But they do not want to hear it. They just want to ignore the guy that is healthy and fit and believe the tv and the pretty advertisers. Enough of my rant. Time for another meal….. Peace

Has anyone ever thought about how many pieces of chicken you have eaten over the years. I think I figured out a trig formula for the calculation, but do not really feel like finding out if it works. I am sitting here at work at 9 pm and eating my 4th meal of the "day"; chicken, brown rice, spinach, and 64 oz. of water and 50 g of protein. What a meal. It is not that I do not mind eating five billion peces of chicken over my lifetime, but hey maybe they could come up with some other marinades then what I am stuck with at the store. I am just rambling. I have 6 meals left (3 whole food 3 shakes).
