Friday, July 25th, 2008Thought I may post every so often on days instead of weeks. Well today was my "off" day, but hell it still did not matter since it is one of my 4 low days which means the only carbs I got were from my oatmeal I ate with my breakfast. Which was 4 egg whites and 1 whole egg plus 6 oz. of sirloin (bison-lot leaner). Since I work nights I come up to the gym in the building to hit the treadmill for my slow cardio. Did 45 minutes of slow cardio and then hit abs and did hypers. I really love KC MAsterpiece bbq sauce. Like Chick said it is the secret to Ronnie’s diet. Did second round of cardio at 2 am like normal (another 45 minutes). Then had a protien shake w/tbsp of peanut butter (helps with the taste) and chicken and spinach salad. I have two more meals one at 5 and then when I get home around 7 then off to bed.
