Well we are into week number two of working with Quincy and we are now doing a little carb depleting. 3 up and 3 down. Lord is it tough not have any rice or potatoes with my meals. I have never eaten so much salad and veggies as I have this last week. I am currently on day one of the down time and I am a little edgy, but hey it will be all good when I start to see my body responding to all the cardio, weights, and diet. It is rather nice to have an IFBB pro as your trainer. You do gleen a ton of knowledge from them and the little pointers for different hand placement or foot placement or how you do a certain technique is really cool.
